Submission Guidelines

We welcome all forms of prose, poetry, and visual art submissions. Simultaneous submissions are acceptable, but please inform us promptly if your work is accepted elsewhere. Our small team needs time to fully appreciate your art submissions, and we will notify you as soon as a decision is made. There is a $3 submission fee for poetry submissions and short story submissions, which helps us award prizes when applicable, pay our readers, and manage website and operational costs.

You may submit up to 3 poems or a maximum of 10 pages for poetry submissions. Please include a title for each poem at the top of the page and ensure that each new poem starts on a separate page. Avoid including any personal or identifying information in the submission document. For all art submissions, please submit the file as a Word document.

Please submit one short story, not exceeding a 2000-word count, as part of your short story submissions. Be sure to include the title of the short story at the top of the page. Avoid including any personal or identifying information in the submission document. The file should be submitted as a Word document, just as you would for other art submissions or poetry submissions.
